Green Initiatives

  • Nespresso Pods Recycling: We have partnered with Nespresso’s Recycling Program, which allows us to collect used pods and send them to be recycled into new products. We encourage guests to place their used pods in the designated recycling tin found next to the coffee machine.
  • Recycling & Soap Donation: In partnership with Soap Aid, we recycle and donate unused soap products, reducing waste and contributing to communities that need it most.
  • Linen and Towel Management: We encourage guests to minimise linen and towel turnover during their stay, which helps conserve water and energy.
  • Eco-Friendly Air Conditioning: Our air conditioning systems automatically turn off when rooms are unoccupied, ensuring energy efficiency and reducing our carbon footprint.
  • Paperless Front Office: We’ve embraced digital solutions to streamline our front office operations, reducing paper waste and enhancing your check-in experience.

Connecting with Our Community

  • Supporting The DV Collective: As the first hotel in NSW to partner with The DV Collective, we proudly sold 'Silly Socks' and donated 100% of the proceeds to the organisation, which supports over 130 domestic violence services across Australia.
  • Food Donation Program: Since 2019, we have collaborated with Mission Australia to donate leftover food from our conference & events. This initiative not only reduces food waste but also aids local communities, with an average of 200kg of food donated each month.
  • Empowering Future Hospitality Leaders: SKYE Suites Parramatta hosted students from Chifley College Mount Druitt Campus to showcase the benefits of a career in hospitality, inspiring the next generation with opportunities in our industry.
  • Support for Children in Need: Each week, we offer discounted rates to the NSW Department of Community and Justice, providing temporary care for children in need.
