For your security and privacy, access to the building, recreational areas, guest floors and car park areas are restricted and under constant surveillance. 

To access these areas, please use your room keys. 

There are two black scanners in the lift. Please use the top horizontal scanner that has a “Hotel Guest” label beside it. 

• Tap one room key on the top horizontal scanner.
• After the sensor light turns solid green, please remove the key.
• Press your room level. You will hear a beep, and the lift number will light up. If you do not hear this beep after pressing your level, please try again.

Please report any hotel key card you have lost as soon as possible, to ensure the lost key does not provide access to unauthorised persons. Fees may apply for losing the room keys multiple times.

For your privacy, only registered guests can request for room keys and need to present valid photo ID at reception.

Our hotel entrances will be locked after 11:00PM. For pedestrian access, please use Hunter Street entrance by tapping your hotel key on the top black scanner at the intercom. Please allow 2 seconds and the sliding glass door will open. Macquarie Street and Marsden Street entrances are not accessible after hours for security reasons.
