
Guide to Housekeeping
Housekeeping service is available from 10:00am – 4:00pm.
If you do not require housekeeping service, please place the “Heads in the Clouds” sign on the front door for Do Not Disturb.
Light Service is a refreshment of the suite which is provided daily. This service includes:
- Making the beds with existing linen
- Replacing towels
- Replacing finished amenities
- Emptying the rubbish
Housekeeping is unable to make the bed if there are personal belongings left on the bedding.
Full Service is a complete refreshment of the suite which is provided every three nights. This service includes:
- Making the beds with new linen
- Vacuuming of the suite
- Cleaning of all kitchen surfaces
- Replacing towels
- Replacing finished amenities
- Emptying the rubbish
For stays exceeding 7 nights, your suite will receive one full service per week. Additional housekeeping service can be requested during your stay and charges may apply.
If you have excess rubbish that does not fit in the bin, please leave the rubbish bag outside of your room door and notify reception to collect.
To avoid additional cleaning charges, we kindly request you leave your suite in a reasonable condition upon departure. Please place dirty kitchen utensils in the dishwasher and leave rubbish in the bin for housekeeping to collect.
