Secure Car Parking
SKYE Suites Parramatta offers undercover car parking for hotel guests at a fixed rate of $45 per night, per vehicle.
The parking fee covers unlimited entries and exits.
Please note onsite parking is not guaranteed before check in. Spots are subject to availability upon arrival. We are a shared building with private residents, please park in the correct space allocated to you.
Upon check-in, please inform Reception if you require parking.
Please be advised we do not offer visitor parking. We have limited parking spaces that are allocated to In House guests only.
Parking Guide
- Enter through the Loading Dock on 30 Hunter Street next to the EZ Mart
- Tap your hotel key card on the top scanner of the intercom and proceed to B1.
- Follow the SKYE Hotel Parking signs and use the remote bollard key to unlock your designated spot.
- When leaving, lock the spot to secure it for your return.
Please do not drive your vehicle over a locked parking spot. This will damage the bollard lock resulting in a penalty fee. If you require any assistance, hotel reception is available 24 hours on Ground floor.
It is strictly prohibited to park in a hotel spot without registering your vehicle at Reception. Failure to register will result in the vehicle being clamped, with a maximum penalty of $200.
Remote bollard keys must be returned at check-out. Lost or damaged remote keys will incur a fee of $100.
