Guide to Housekeeping
Housekeeping service is available from 10:00am – 3:00pm. If you do not require service, please place the “Heads in the Clouds” sign on the front door for Do Not Disturb.
Light Service is a refreshment of the suite provided daily. This service includes:
- Making the beds with existing linen
- Replacing towels
- Replacing finished amenities
- Emptying the rubbish
Please note: we cannot make the bed if there are personal belongings on the bedding.
Full Service is a complete refreshment of the suite provided every three nights. This service includes:
- Making the beds with new linen
- Vacuuming of the suite
- Cleaning of all kitchen surfaces
- Replacing towels
- Replacing finished amenities
- Emptying the rubbish
If you have excess rubbish that does not fit in the bin, please leave the rubbish bag outside of your room door and notify reception.
To avoid additional cleaning charges, we kindly request you leave your suite in a reasonable condition upon departure. Please place dirty kitchen utensils in the dishwasher and leave rubbish in the bin for housekeeping to collect.
Amenities Upon Request
Complimentary amenities are available upon request between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you request an item outside of these hours, our friendly reception team will do their best to deliver it to you as promptly as possible.
