Loading the Dishwasher - Do's and Dont's
Tips on Loading the Dishwasher
Load the dishes starting from back to front.
When unloading – start from the bottom rack to top rack to avoid excess water dropping onto the bottom dishes.
Top rack of the Dishwasher:
- Glasses, cups, saucers
- Dishwasher-safe plastics
- Odd shaped utensils
- Sauce pans, mixing bowls and similar items (face down)
- Wine glasses (only if they fit without hitting the roof of the dishwasher).
Bottom rack of the Dishwasher:
- Plates
- Saucers and cookware
- Large items such as platters, pots and bowls.
